Description:  Tourism is one of the sectors most affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, impacting economies, livelihoods, public services, and opportunities around the world. No one could have predicted that a global pandemic would bring our industry to a screeching halt and set the world into a tailspin. It is clear we have entered a new era and those who adapt will have the most success. What is the recipe for rebuilding? What does the future of hospitality operations look like after COVID-19? What does it take to adapt? The key to long-term success in a tough market is not fighting to survive the storm, but it is learning how to play in the rain. An overview of sustainability in hospitality operations will be followed by a panel discussion with industry leaders in the region.
