Overview: Being a good supervisor is different from being a good worker and requires a new level of understanding yourself and the people you supervise. You have a new role and relationship with your staff, and that requires a new skill set to be a successful team leader. In this seminar we’ll work on some self awareness and the skills, roles and relationships of a new supervisor. Any supervisor can make people work. A good supervisor can make them WANT to work!

This workshop is appropriate for first time supervisors or managers.

Reserve your space by Friday, February 28th. Space is Limited and RSVP’s are required.  $25 fee for MCHA members & $40 fee for non-members.
