You’re undoubtedly a good communicator
but could you be better?

The number one source if conflict is communication failure—with co-workers, clients and in our personal lives. Avoiding conflict, managing conflict and resolving conflict all start with effective talking and listening.  We’ll explore communicating in conflict situations through a series of exercises, including:

• How conflict creates great relationships
• Communicating emotions
• The fine art of listening
• Verbal Victories

Think about your toughest conflict situations and bring them with you to work on as you join us on May 30, 8:30 a.m. for Conflict Management.

Target audience: supervisory/management level staff
 Leadership Series Members must register
