This presentation will discuss the employment law changes on tap for 2021, and what HR professionals and employers must know and do to avoid the risk that results from uninformed decisions.
Jeanine will preview the new rules that effect California employers in 2021, including minimum wage increases, new-hire form changes, expansion of protections from discrimination for employees and more discussion about paid time off! She’ll also review cases from 2020 and actions by various government agencies that employers should know about. You’ll leave with a list of action items to focus on, and other items to think about!
