Featuring Guest Speaker: Community Program Manager Tanja Roos, Blue Zones Project Monterey County. 

Blue Zones Project work is based on the research of National Geographic explorer, Dan Buettner, who travelled the world studying what helps people live long, happy, healthy lives. The POWER NINE principles, or the secrets to longevity discovered in the five original blue zones, are what Blue Zones Project endeavors to bring to Monterey County through work with people, places, and policy. Brought to Monterey County by Salinas Valley Health, Montage Health and Taylor Farms.
