While fall may not be the peak hiring season in Monterey County, it's an ideal time to invest in the future. Cal State Monterey Bay invites MCHA Members to participate in a career fair to help educate and inspire the next generation of leaders in the hospitality and tourism industry. Even if you don’t have current job openings, your presence will introduce students to the many exciting career possibilities and help shape a dynamic talent pool for the future.

Professional development workshops will be available, covering topics such as resume building and assessment, enhancing your LinkedIn profile, and Networking 101. Additionally, an industry panel will provide valuable advice for those interested in pursuing a career in hospitality and tourism. Hospitality & Tourism Business Tabling. Students will meet with representatives and businesses from throughout Monterey County.
MCHA Member, discounted participation fee - $150 (includes table, chairs and parking permit; non-member price is $300)
100% of the proceeds support the students in the Sustainable Hospitality & Tourism Management Program at Cal State Monterey Bay.
