Phase One is geared towards team members new to the industry or for those looking for a refresher course.

PURPOSE: To accelerate the training of hospitality sales personnel as it relates to the refinement of existing, and introduction of new selling skills that will establish action steps in order to achieve specific goals.

Phase Two

Phase Two will is designed for more experienced salespeople, or those that have already attended Phase One. Please note, Phase One is not a pre-requisite to attend Phase Two.

PURPOSE: To further accelerate the training of experienced hospitality sales personnel as it relates to the refinement of existing, and introduction of new selling skills that will establish action steps in order to increase productivity.

About the Presenter:

Steven J. Steinhart, C.H.S.E, CHME.,is recognized as one of the world’sleading hospitality sales consultantswith42,000 salespeople havingcompleted Steinhart & Associates' Accelerated Hospitality Sales Training Programs.Having spent twelve yearswith Hyatt Hotels Corporation, he directed the sales and marketing efforts at airport locations, suburb properties and major city center convention destinations.
