This presentation will discuss the employment law changes on tap for 2015, and what HR professionals and employers must know and do to avoid the risk that results from uninformed decisions.

Jeanine will preview the new rules that effect California employers in 2015, including paid sick leave for all California employees, expansion of protections from discrimination for employees and changes to the scope of mandatory harassment prevention trainings. She’ll also review cases from 2014 and actions by various government agencies that employers should know about. You’ll leave with a list of action items to focus on, and other items to think about!
