As part of Monterey County Hospitality Association's ongoing dedication to leadership and excellence in hospitality, we invite each member organization to nominate/recognize women leaders within their organization who deserve the "Spotlight."

Nominees can be rising stars or those already shining at or near the top. To shine the spotlight on the women in your organization, please complete the nomination form below based on the criteria outlined below.

Each nominated women leader will be recognized during the Annual Women Leadership in Hospitality event.

RECOGNITION CRITERIA

Nominee is an exemplary role model, advocate and supporter of excellence in hospitality. She applies the principles of servant leadership in every position she holds along the chain of command. She makes a difference with her attitude, actions and demeanor. She has or is willing to use her leadership skills to support others to shine. Because of all she does on a daily basis, she deserves the Spotlight.

SPONSORSHIP

WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP PRESENTING SPONSOR - $2800 (only one available)

• Corporate table, including 10 (ten) tickets to attend Women in Leadership event.
• Designated logo and recognition as “ Presenting” Sponsor in a minimum of two emails promoting the event and on the website event page.
• Logo displayed on MCHA website footer through March 2026.
• Logo displayed as “Presenting Sponsor - Women in Leadership” at the Women in Leadership event (estimated attendance – 250 guests).
• Emcee recognition as “Presenting” Sponsor at the event.

WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP CORPORATE SPONSOR - $1200

• Corporate table, including 8 (eight) tickets to attend Women in Leadership event.
• Designated logo and recognition as “ Corporate Women in Leadership” Sponsor in a minimum of two emails promoting the event and on the website event page.
• Logo displayed as “Corporate Women in Leadership” Sponsor at the Women in Leadership event (estimated attendance – 250 guests).
• Emcee recognition as “Corporate Women in Leadership” Sponsor at the event.

WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP “Mimosas & Mingling” SPONSOR - $750

• Four tickets to attend Women in Leadership event.
• Designated logo and recognition as “Mimosas & Mingling - Women in Leadership” Sponsor in a minimum of two emails promoting the event and on the website event page.
• Logo displayed as “Mimosas & Mingling - Women in Leadership” Sponsor at the Women in Leadership event (estimated attendance – 250 guests).

• Two tickets to attend Women in Leadership event.
