MCHA Education Seminar Series
Performance Management :
Reducing employee turnover is at the forefront of all business leaders and managers. 2015 employment studies show that among the top five reasons employees leave their jobs is because they “don’t feel important” and “lack of support/communication from their managers.” Learning about the true meaning behind Performance Management is more than doing an Annual Review or delivering a Disciplinary Write-up. This seminar will review the whole picture of Performance Management. From the start of setting expectations for the job to regular one-on-one meetings, having difficult conversations in order to provide honest feedback, and the reasons behind a formalized Performance Review process. This seminar will help managers, supervisors and HR personnel view the value of a consistent Performance Management practice, and how to implement its steps.
