Reducing employee turnover is at the forefront of all business leaders and managers. 2015 employment studies show that among the top five reasons employees leave their jobs is because they “don’t feel important” and “lack of support/communication from their managers.” Learning about the true meaning behind Performance Management is more than doing an Annual Review or delivering a Disciplinary Write-up. This seminar will review the whole picture of Performance Management. From the start of setting expectations for the job to regular one-on-one meetings, having difficult conversations in order to provide honest feedback, and the reasons behind a formalized Performance Review process. This seminar will help managers, supervisors and HR personnel view the value of a consistent Performance Management practice, and how to implement its steps. Dina Hagens – Director of Human Resources Quail Lodge & Golf Club Dina Hagens has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. She has worked in a variety of industries as well as company sizes from large Fortune 100 companies such as AT&T and Towers Watson, to smaller independently owned operations. Prior to taking up post as the Director of Human Resources at Quail Lodge & Golf Club, Dina was a Senior Consultant for Jorgensen HR, a Los Angeles-based firm. She has a passion for cultivating the employment experience for all staff and uses Performance Management concepts as the primary tool to do so. |
