Dina Hagens has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. She has worked in a variety of industries as well as company sizes from large Fortune 100 companies such as AT&T and Towers Watson, to smaller independently owned operations. Prior to taking up post as the Director of Human Resources at Quail Lodge & Golf Club, Dina was a Senior Consultant for Jorgensen HR, a Los Angeles-based firm. She has a passion for cultivating the employment experience for all staff and uses Performance Management concepts as the primary tool to do so.
