We all spend more time with our coworkers, then we do our families. What does that mean for your relationships? Never has there been a more important time to invest in your employees. But, what kind of engagement or investments are we referring to? We’ll examine positive motivation and engagement in the workplace with a look at what employee surveys say should be important.

There are many ways to develop long lasting positive motivation in the workplace. Motivation, Morale and Emotional Intelligence are the topics for this seminar.

Learn what is important for today’s workplace. All employees do not respond the same. We’ll examine the mix of generations and the impact on your teams and throughout all levels of your organization.

For success in today’s difficult workplace environment you better have a strong understanding of how to create long lasting performance through Relationships, great Communications and a keen understanding of Morale, Motivation and E.I”.

Morale and Motivation are temperamental and can be confusing, SO BE CAREFUL!

These concepts may not be well known for many supervisors and team leaders, don’t take a chance! Come review the employee engagement opportunities with other supervisors and team leaders.

 Target audience: supervisory/management level staff
