ANNUAL DINNER: It was a root'en, toot'en, stomping  party of the year!!  MCHA’s Annual Dinner took place on Friday, March 26^th, 2010 at the beautiful Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa.  We honored our 2010 President Chris Chidlaw of Chidlaw Marketing and our 2009 Hospitality Professional of the Year Bob Brower of Chateau Julien Wine Estate..  Thanks to all who helped and participated in one great round up!

EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION DAY: (EAD): Tuesday May 25^th, 2010, Monterey County Fairgrounds.  This is a fun day of recreation provided by local businesses that donate FREE activities for the hardworking employees in the hospitality industry to enjoy. The day is a huge MCHA member celebration where staff from Monterey County Hotels, restaurants and businesses will be treated to complimentary kayaking at Monterey Bay Kayaks and Adventures by the Sea; equestrian exploits at Pebble Beach Company, golf from Bayonet and Blackhorse, Quail Lodge Golf Course, whale watching with Chris’ Fishing and Randy’s trips, Monterey Bay Aquarium Tickets, Monterey Sports Center Tickets, and a host of other fun events, including Doug’s Movie Tours.. What better way to say thanks to the hard working individuals in hospitality?
