MCHA knows how important and targeted our membership roster is.  We go through extreme efforts to protect our Members information while also offering opportunities for Members to reach out and communicate with each other in a business environment.  We do not give out email address to anyone, membership rosters are given to members only and hard copy mailing labels are only sold with discretion.

We offer our members an affordable, targeted and effective means to reach out to each other in a variety of mediums.  Call the Administration office and ask for Bonnie 626-8636 to discuss your campaign goals and how best to reach fellow MCHA members.  You can pick and choose or bundle depending on your goals.

Direct-Link:  Limited to 2 times per month, this is a new membership exclusive opportunity to reach fellow MCHA members via email.   The MCHA membership will receive insider offers, specials, event information or community outreach programs from other fellow MCHA members.  Cost is only $275 per mailing.  Contact the Administrative office to reserve you insider edge and further details of this unique and targeted member communication benefit.

Web site advertising:  Prominent display advertising is  available on our  web site.  Click through Logo/Banner placement is available on the FRONT PAGE and individual pages.  The cost for one year on the FRONT PAGE is only $500 and $250 for the individual pages. 

E Newsletter advertising:  We publish two E-newsletters per year with a measurable circulation of 450 subscribers.  The newsletter is delivered electronically via email to our members and subscribers as well as a hard copy PDF file.  Advertising is available for $150 per “issue”.  For information on specifications and placement please contact the MCHA Administrative office.

Traditional Direct Mail: Have a direct Mail campaign, important event or announcement?  Target the leaders of the Hospitality Community.  Any member may purchase a preprinted set of mailing labels for a one time use for fee of $55.
