This program is designed to increase the employment success rate of the graduates of Rancho Cielo. Graduates are coming from difficult life situations and may need additional support to ensure their success. This unique mentor-ship program will ensure your Rancho Cielo hire is supported and understands the following:
- How to demonstrate commitment
- The importance of punctuality and following guidelines/procedures
- Dress Code
- Behavioral Standards
- Showing up for work on time
- And more……
By providing additional coaching through a mentor-ship program, the graduates have a better chance of assimilating into an organization and hopefully thriving rather than just surviving or potentially not making it at all.
The program will also provide a structure, guidelines, roles and responsibilities for the mentors, guidelines for mentees, coaching and feedback as well as tools and forms to get you started.
This program is ideal for HRD’s, supervisors and managers.

Reserve your space by Friday, June 2. Space is Limited and RSVP’s are required. $25 fee for MCHA members & $40 fee for non-members. No show policy: A $25 fee will be assessed and billed to the member property.
